In 2021, we were in the midst of nearly doubling the number of retirement communities we managed and needed to onboard and deploy our technology stack to all Directors, Nurses, and administrative staff at these new locations. Our primary concern was that doing this all in one day would overwhelm our existing team and compromise the care we provide for the residents.
